This is a sustainable design. A large number of off-cut sticks will be abandoned during the mass production of wooden furniture. Usually, these surplus materials will be burned or buried. It's not only causing waste but also impacting the environment.
Therefore, I began to think about how to reuse these short wooden sticks for giving a new value to surplus materials. Using simple manufacturing to organize the length and make charming angles. All the sticks are in the same forms. Can be assembled to different scales by one element for serving different sizes of kitchenware. I want to simplify the manufacturing and construction to recreate new life from the waste.
